The accommodation is located in Markt Türkheim.

The village with about 7,300 inhabitants is part of the district Unterallgäu with the district town Mindelheim.

Türkheim is characterized by high quality of living, best shopping facilities in the village. In addition, it offers a good selection of various pubs and cafes.

The historically grown village center with the beautiful Ludwigstor and the castle with park, is very popular with visitors.

A well-developed network of biking and hiking trails, along the Wertachauen, connects in the north to the "Naturpark Augsburg westliche Wälder" and in the south to the network of hiking trails of the Kneipp spa Bad Wörishofen.

Our house is located only 6 minutes by car from the Allgäu Skyline Park.

The thermal spa Bad Wörishofen can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

The Türkheim outdoor swimming pool is right nearby, which means you can reach it in a minute's walk.

Within a 10-minute walk you will find shopping facilities, restaurants, playground and the already mentioned castle park as well as the historic town center.

Rules

We want you to enjoy your stay, but certain rules must be followed at all times.

-No parties or events

-The second floor is private area.

-The quiet neighborhood, as well as the night rest are to be respected. The good neighborhood is very important to us. For this reason, we reserve the right to terminate the lease with immediate effect without refund of the booking in case of any nuisance to the neighborhood.

-Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

-No illegal streaming on the internet

-Additional guests must be approved prior to their stay.

-The reception of guests is not allowed

-Pets must be approved by us prior to your arrival.

-There is only one parking space available in the carport on the property. All other parking on the property is private. There is no parking space in front of the garage.

-The charging of electric cars is not allowed.

-Smoking, e-cigarettes etc. is not allowed.

In case of violation of any of these rules, we reserve the right to contact the local authorities and charge you for the damage caused.
