1. The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been ordered and confirmed. Or, if a commitment was not possible for reasons of time, the room has been provided.
2. the conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obligates the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract.
3. the host is obliged to pay compensation to the guest in case of non-provision of the room.
4. the guest is obligated to pay the agreed or customary price in case of non-utilization of the contractual services, minus the expenses saved by the host. The savings amount to 20% of the accommodation price.
5. a) The host is required in good faith to assign rooms/apartments that are not used to other parties, if possible, in order to avoid losses.
b) Until the room has been given to someone else, the guest must pay the amount calculated according to item 4 for the duration of the contract.
6. arrival and departure day are considered as one day.
7. exclusive place of jurisdiction is the place of operation.
